Autumn in Vermont

October 1 - 6, 2026
5 days
Southern Vermont

You know those movies that take place in New England right when the autumn foliage is at its peak?  Maple Syrup roadside stands?  Yes!  Covered Bridges? Check!  Pumpkin Patches? Mmhmm. Fields of cows and horses against the backdrop of weathered red barns and the Green Mountains spackled with the perfect fall palette of maroon-reds, deep-oranges, greenish-yellows and burnt browns?  I know you’re imagining exactly what I’m talking about.

Haute Mama Wellness Adventures invites you to immerse yourself in your own feature film and experience the perfect Vermont Immtreat.

Get Your Fall Fix On

During this 5 day retreat, you’ll experience:

  • Daily Yoga & Meditation classes

  • Hike to one of Vermont’s top Waterfalls

  • Lake Kayaking or Paddleboarding

  • Culinary delights including charming fudge shoppes and apple cider donuts.

  • Visit my favorite iconic Bookstore in all of New England

  • Visit to an Alpaca farm to visit with some of the greatest furry faces you’ll ever met

  • Connect with empowered, like-minded women

  • Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony

So why is this Miami Mama hosting a Vermont Immtreat?! Vermont holds a very dear place in my heart. Growing up, my mom would pack up our car every winter and actually move my brother and I from our home in Long Island to Vermont  from mid-December through April.  We were a BIG skiing family.  I learned to ski at the age of 2 1/2 at Stratton Mountain, in Southern Vermont and attended nearby Winhall Elementary School during the winter. Every Tuesday, we only had a half day of school, and we had early dismissal so that we could go skiing in the afternoon. And once a week, we’d also have a half day for cross country skiing over on the Stratton Mountain Golf Course. During my High School years, I attended an all-girls boarding school in Connecticut and continued the tradition of going regularly to Vermont. I stayed in New England for college, attending Boston College, which was an easy 3 hours drive away from our Stratton home.

One of my favorite things about Vermont is that several decades later, it has hardly changed.  It has preserved its unique New England charm, is still such a serene place, and autumn is absolutely my favorite time of year to experience it.

Vermont will always be a very special part of what makes me who I am.  And I cannot wait to share some of its magic with you.
